Seasonal Client Service Professional / ReceptionistThis role focuses on providing exceptional client service and welcoming clients to the H&R Block experience. You will greet clients, match them with the right tax professional, schedule appointments, ensure client needs are met during service (in person, over the phone, or virtually), and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
- Help ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales/marketing experience (preferable)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to multi‑task and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)

$11.00 – $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Pay is based on experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Successful candidates may participate in incentive compensation plans and other benefits outlined above.
