Key Responsibilities- Estimate costs of homes and options using CAD drawings
- Prepare job‑specific plans, budgets, purchase orders, and change orders
- Conduct quality assurance inspections
- Manage pre‑construction tasks from sale to construction start
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Residential construction experience with estimating knowledge
- Proficient in AutoCAD and construction software
- Strong time and project management skills, detail‑oriented, adaptable
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Preferred:
Bachelor's, Associate, or Technical degree in Architecture or Construction
Mid‑Senior level
