Service Engineer Lead
We are looking for a Service Engineer Lead to join our fast‑growing team at FEDITC, LLC. The role supports DoD and other intelligence agencies worldwide, developing mission‑critical national security systems that directly support the Warfighter, DoD Leadership, and the country.
Responsibilities- Assist Service Managers and government leads with coordination and documentation across multiple organizations.
- Review requirement documentation, playbooks, and implementation plans to ensure Air Force objectives are met.
- Support the creation, collection, and monitoring of metrics to ensure capabilities perform within established standards.
- Assist in developing documentation and presentations related to the Service process.
- Provide technical engineering expertise to support Program Managers in contributing to Air Staff directed initiatives.
- Evaluate new network technologies and recommend their integration into the existing network.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and organizations.
- Technical expertise in network technologies and engineering principles.
- Experience in documentation review and development.
- Familiarity with Air Force processes and standards is a plus.
- CompTIA Security+
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and pass a background check.
- Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC.
