Position Type: Direct Hire (Full-Time, Salary)
Location: Scott Air Force Base (O’Fallon, IL 62269) — In-Office (5 days a week)
Compensation: $85,000/year - $135,000/year (DOE)
Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret Clearance.

Position Summary
Our Company Partner is seeking a candidate to join an exciting and growing opportunity within the Defense sector. The day-to-day responsibilities of the role would include a combination of both technical and functional capabilities. The candidate would work with a broader team to enhance a client’s financial management practices through leveraging the most current trends in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). As part of this team, the candidate would participate in a larger effort to improve the efficiency and controls environment of a client’s financial framework.
On a regular basis, the candidate will be challenged to leverage current automation technologies to support a client’s financial transformation. Being fluent in current RPA technologies (i.e. UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) will be critical in the daily scope of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement automated solutions to enhance a client’s existing financial processes.
- Perform enterprise-wide assessments of key business processes and prioritize those leading candidates for automation.
- Formulate, design, and recommend new business processes to promote efficiency within the client’s current functional and/or IT framework.
- Train existing staff on recently implemented automated solutions and provide troubleshooting support, as needed.
- Evaluate ongoing risk assessments pertaining to internal controls, business process reengineering, and configuration management.
- Coordinate with project leadership to meet overall timelines and support client delivery.
- Draft corresponding technical documentation to support recently implemented automated solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of RPA or automation experience and 10+ years of total relevant experience. Experience with in the Federal arena preferred.
- Experience in identifying key business processes as potential candidates for automation and subsequently implementing automation technologies.
- Proficiency with RPA packages (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
- Ability to travel, on occasion, to support site visits.
- Proactively manage multiple tasks and coordinate communications with stakeholders across varying organizations.
- Interim Secret clearance or higher required.
- PMP, CDFM, CGFM and/or CPA certifications preferred.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from an accredited university.
