Responsibilities- Analyze incident data; produce trend and quality reports
- Facilitate RCA sessions and improvement plans; track closure
- Develop training materials and conduct briefings
- Degree in nursing/healthcare/informatics/data analysis (preferred)
- 4+ years healthcare experience; data analysis and RCA proficiency
