Additional responsibilities cover telecommunications, mobile device management, modernization initiatives, and patient safety analytics, with all positions contingent upon award and requiring U.S. citizenship and current DoD clearance eligibility.
Summary
Lead program operations for medical IT systems supporting global mobility and en route care. Drive governance, compliance, training, and reporting to ensure secure, effective IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee program planning, performance metrics, and stakeholder reporting
- Maintain elevated account permissions and enforce policy compliance
- Train and mentor support administrators; coordinate audits and documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in IT program/operations support (medical or military preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- DoDM 8140/DoDD 8140 (IAT II) or equivalent preferred
