IT Cybersecurity Specialist; INFOSEC)

Support US Cyber Command mission needs as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist (INFOSEC) in the DISA Cyber Excepted Service.

• Direct and coordinate resolution of complex, high-impact information security incidents and operational anomalies as a senior Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Lead enterprise cybersecurity awareness efforts for senior leadership to align mission objectives with security principles.
• Perform risk and vulnerability assessments for planned and deployed information systems to identify threat vectors, operational risks, and critical protection requirements.
• Architect and implement cybersecurity policies and defensive protocols to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) of mission-critical systems, networks, and data.
• Develop and implement programs that support system, network, and data users in understanding and complying with security policies and procedures.

• Experience with architecting information security policies, conducting system compliance audits, and advising leadership on cyber risk and vulnerability mitigation strategies.
