Emergency Department Clinical Nurse – Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotes patient and family-centered care in a healing environment, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, coordinating communication across the continuum of care.
• Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, emotional, spiritual, and cultural factors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing, RN license required.
• No prior experience necessary;
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience preferred.
• This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
