Emergency Department Nurse Manager

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing departmental operations in an emergency care setting.

• Manage staff including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Develop and adhere to staffing, budget, and operational goals.
• Ensure quality patient care tailored to age and developmental needs, documenting interventions accordingly.
• Create collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and communication, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor department productivity and support overall operational objectives.

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience is optional but preferred for higher qualifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Leadership roles such as Team Lead or ANM.
• Experience in Emergency Medicine.
