The Auffenberg Dealer Group is seeking a motivated and experienced automotive sales professional to join our dedicated sales team in Shiloh, Illinois. We are looking for a team player to work hard and provide excellent customer service for our valued customers.

20 Vehicles Delivered Per Month = GUARANTEED $120K in Commission.

This full-time role is an individual contributor role with compensations ranging from $40,000 to $150,000 per year. This position also includes benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with match, flexible scheduling, and commission opportunities.

• Assist customers in selecting an automobile by asking questions and listening to customer needs.
• Test-drive automobiles to demonstrate car features.
• Develop sales strategies and close deals.
• Manage customer database.
• Prepare sales documents, develop financing or lease structures, and finalize details of transactions.
• Keep abreast of new products and services.
• Attend and complete dealership Sales/Management Training Program.

• Ability to be self-motivated and work in a fast paced environment.
• Understanding of customer service standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have valid driver's license.
