Baildon Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Ready to join a growing, forward-thinking accountancy practice? We're recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding accountancy practice in Baildon that is looking to appoint an Accounts Senior / Semi-Senior to join its friendly and ambitious team. The Role Working with a varied portfolio of clients across a range of industries, you'll be responsible for preparing accounts and building strong client relationships while working closely with the wider team. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and non-audit limited companies. Managing a varied portfolio of clients within an accountancy practice environment. Supporting clients with day-to-day accounting queries. Preparing financial statements and working papers. Liaising directly with clients to deliver an excellent level of service. Assisting with the development and mentoring of junior team members where appropriate. Visiting client premises when required.
About You The successful candidate will have:
Recent experience working within an accountancy practice. ACA or ACCA qualification, part qualification, or be qualified by experience. Experience preparing accounts for a range of business entities. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. A proactive, organised and hands-on approach to work. The ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines effectively. A desire to develop your career within a growing and progressive practice.
Desirable Skills
Experience with the following software would be advantageous:
Sage Xero Quick Books Digita Microsoft Office A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as occasional travel to client premises is required. What's on Offer?
