Shipley (BD18) Full-Time | 8:30am - 3:30pm (1-hour lunch) Immediate Start | Initial 4-Week Assignment ⭐ Potential for a Permanent School Contract
We are currently supporting a welcoming Primary School in the Shipley (BD18) area that is seeking an experienced School Administrator/Receptionist to join their team immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous school-based office experience who is looking for a full-time role with the possibility of securing a longer-term position within the school.
The Role
As part of the school's office team, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the school reception area and welcoming visitors
Answering telephone and email enquiries
General school administration duties
Signing in and processing deliveries
Maintaining accurate pupil and school records
Supporting the wider school office team as required
Essential Experience
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Previous experience working within a school office environment
Experience using SIMS
Knowledge of Parent Pay and School Ping
Strong administrative and organisational skills
A professional and friendly approach when dealing with staff, pupils, parents and visitors
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:30am - 3:30pm
1-hour lunch break
