Location:

Shipley

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm (Office Based)

Holiday: 26 days plus bank holidays

Elevation Recruitment is recruiting for a Customer Experience Manager to join a growing business in Shipley. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small customer service team while driving process improvements and helping shape the future of the department.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of four.
• Review, improve and implement customer service processes.
• Create, monitor and report on KPIs.
• Ensure processes are followed and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the transition to a more customer-focused service model.
• Work closely with the team, remaining hands-on with customer service and aftersales when needed.
• Champion continuous improvement and encourage new ideas.

About you:

• Experience in a Customer Experience Manager, Customer Service Manager or Team Leader role.
• Proven experience improving processes and driving operational efficiencies.
• Experience creating and monitoring KPIs.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing teams.
• B2B customer service experience is advantageous.
