Commercial Mortgage Broker — Specialist Finance Genuine £100k OTE We're looking for an experienced, Commercial Mortgage Broker, on a self employed basis, to join a specialist brokerage known for its exceptional deal flow and a client base built on genuine high-net-worth relationships. This isn't a generalist role, we need someone who can comfortably move across the full spectrum of commercial property finance - from bridging and ground-up development to single-let commercial investment stock, and everything in between.

Proven experience as a Commercial Mortgage Broker Confidence and competence across multiple deal types: bridging, ground-up development, single-let commercial investment, and more A strong track record of client relationship management, particularly with HNW individuals Self-employed, entrepreneurial, self-sufficient way of working, comfortable managing your own pipeline and diary Sound understanding of commercial underwriting and lender criteria across a broad panel What you get:
