As a Store Manager you will have full accountability for the day‑to‑day running of the store and for leading a team.

• Drive operational standards and deliver sales performance.
• Manage a high‑volume digital operation for the optional online home delivery service.
• Instill the company values and ethos in the team and store.
• Actively support the Iceland Charitable Foundation and our commitment to the planet.

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong drive, proactive working style and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of retail operations, preferably in a high‑volume, multi‑channel setting.
• Commitment to the values of ethics, customer service and doing it right.

• Competitive salary: £36,000 – £40,000.
