Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for an Outbound Sales Advisor to join an established and growing business based in Shipley .

This is a proactive, telephone led sales role for someone who enjoys picking up the phone, starting conversations and creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to come in.

You will be responsible for proactively contacting prospective businesses, identifying potential opportunities, developing relationships and converting conversations into new business. Alongside your outbound activity, you will also respond to incoming enquiries and leads, ensuring every opportunity is followed up and maximised.

This is a role where energy, resilience and commercial drive really matter. You will have the opportunity to build your own pipeline, work towards clear targets and benefit from uncapped commission, with longer term opportunities available as you establish yourself and progress within the business.
