Role Overview

Lead development of embedded systems for energy markets. Architect and implement complex embedded software solutions for energy management systems, real-time control algorithms, and IoT connectivity. Shape technical direction across multiple product lines.

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field
• 3+ years embedded software development with production-ready systems

• Programming:
  Expert C/C++ for embedded systems, RTOS and bare-metal development
• Hardware: ARM Cortex-M/A processors, debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers), STM
  32
• Protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, Modbus, Ethernet, AT Modem
• Systems:
  Power management, low-power design, battery-operated systems
• Dev Ops:
  Git, CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems
• Leadership:
  Code reviews, performance optimization, technical documentation, mentoring

• Energy management or control systems, smart grid, or power electronics
• Embedded Linux and kernel customization
• Wireless protocols (cellular, LTE, CAT-M1, NB-IOT)
• Cybersecurity for embedded systems
• Control theory and PID controllers
• Model-Based Design (Simulink/Matlab/Comsol)
• Hardware collaboration and agile methodologies
