About the Role
Recruit A Driver is currently recruiting experienced  Class 1 Night Drivers  for a well-established client based in Baildon (BD17).
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for straightforward trunking work with consistent start times and a regular route. The role involves a nightly trunk to the  Palletforce Hub in Burton upon Trent , making it ideal for drivers who prefer predictable, no-fuss night shifts.
This position provides ad hoc holiday and sickness cover, with ongoing opportunities available for reliable drivers.

Key Responsibilities
Complete nightly trunking runs safely and efficiently
Transport palletised freight between distribution centres
Carry out daily vehicle safety checks
Complete transport paperwork accurately
Maintain high standards of vehicle care and road safety
Comply with Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations
Requirements
Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
Minimum 12 months' Class 1 driving experience
Recent Class 1 driving experience within the last 6 months
Driver CPC Qualification Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Maximum 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only)
Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach
