Job DescriptionWorking within the Turnover Sales team, you'll be responsible for the accurate and efficient management of all turnover-related reporting, certification, and communication across the property portfolio. Supporting the wider Property team, you'll report into an Accounting Supervisor and play a key role in coordinating turnover data submissions, maintaining audit platforms, processing invoices, and ensuring the timely delivery of turnover certificates and schedules.
Based at the Group’s Head Office in Shirebrook, Nottinghamshire, the position works closely with global Property and Accounts teams and requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
The role involves regular communication with landlords across all subsidiaries, providing accurate and timely turnover information in line with lease requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update global property databases.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual turnover sales reports to landlords for relevant stores.
- Keep records up to date with newly signed leases and amendments.
- Support ad hoc project analysis and reporting as required.
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure effective vertical integration and horizontal data collection.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide requested documentation and information.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a related role within an administration function.
- Proactive, hardworking and willingness to learn is essential.
- Dependable and deadline-focused.
- Minimum intermediate Excel skills and confidence with formulas and macros.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data.
- Organised and determined to succeed.
