As a Utilities Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our energy operations, working with suppliers, Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and the national energy database (ECOES). You'll coordinate communications, maintain critical records and database information, liaise with internal teams and external contractors, and provide administrative support across a range of projects. This is a varied role that requires excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Communication with the main energy bodies: suppliers, DNO and National database (ECOES).
- Supporting various internals projects
- Managing inbound/outbound emails
- Liaising with Property, Projects, Facility - other departments and external contractors.
- Organising and filing paperwork documents and computer-based information (looking after the database and important documentation.
- Managing appointment for various projects.
- Supporting the team with any ad hoc tasks.

Requirements- Prior experience within utilities administration is essential.
- Experience using MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with various levels of management within the organisation, and external contractors.
- Ability to work closely in a team environment as well as individually.
