CRM Assistant

The Role:

The CRM Assistant supports the CRM team in managing customer relationships through the effective use of the CRM systems across Flannels, FRASERS, Sports Direct, Studio, Evan Cycles and more. This role involves data management, assisting with marketing campaigns on both email and mobile push notifications, and providing insights that help improve customer engagement and business performance.

• Supporting the shaping and development of the email marketing calendar using market trends and insight.
• Collaborate with design in briefing in of new hero images and banners
• Creating email briefs; writing commercially driven copy
• Email building and testing, ensuring all emails work as expected and meet the brief deadlines.
• Creating and testing push notifications.
• Liaise with wider teams in the business to elevate email offering.
• Responsible for measuring performance of emails, including paid brand activity

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
