Frasers Group is seeking an Optimisation Manager to drive our digital roadmap across Search, Merchandising and Personalisation. You will analyse journeys, define strategies and implement features to improve brand experiences across fascias.
You will lead a data-driven team, partner with CDP, GA and Content Square, and deliver AB tests, multi-brand initiatives and performance improvements for Sports Direct, FLANNELS, USC, Frasers and GAME.
