Fraud Analyst (Fixed Term Contract)

Frasers Group is redefining retail through digital innovation and unique store experiences, featuring brands such as Sports Direct, FLANNELS, USC, Frasers, and GAME. The role is based in Shirebrook, England, and offers a 1‑year fixed term contract with a rota‑based shift pattern covering 6am‑9pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate potential card fraud cases, reviewing documentation and gathering evidence from internal and external sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Identify patterns and trends in payment activity and communicate findings to the wider team.
• Collaborate with the team to implement best practice for the Group.
• Process card payment and Pay Pal chargebacks.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail when investigating cases.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a contact centre environment with exposure to fraud cases.
• Focused, fearless, and able to spot trends and communicate effectively.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, especially in high‑pressure situations.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload, prioritize conflicting tasks, and track progress on multiple tasks.
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude and excellent work ethic.
• Computer literate – Outlook, Excel, MS Teams.
