Frasers Group is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Manager to oversee reliability, safety and efficiency of our warehouse systems at the Shirebrook distribution centre. The role reports to the Senior Maintenance Manager and focuses on maintenance optimization and continuous improvement across equipment and inventory systems.
You will collaborate with shift managers, safety and quality teams to minimise downtime, improve productivity and uphold safety standards, while leading SME/trainer roles
