Affirmed Home Care is currently hiring HHAs throughout SHIRLEY, NY to provide exceptional, one‑on‑one care to our private-pay clients in the comfort of their homes.

• Job Type: Per Diem
• Location: SHIRLEY, NY
• Shifts: Day and weekend availability (6–12 hours)
• Start Date: Immediate

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Ensure client safety, comfort, and well‑being
• Follow individualized care plans

• Valid NYS HHA Certification
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Current physical exam (within the past year)
• Valid PPD or Quanti
  
  FERON test (within 1 year) or chest X‑ray (within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization (within the last 10 years)
• Driver’s license preferred
