Forklift Operator 2nd Shift

Our client, a company specializing in manufacturing and selling sweet baked goods, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Logistics department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and attentive listening abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $19 - $19.50 per hour

** Shift:
** 2:00PM - 10:00PM, Monday - Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently

+ Perform warehouse duties such as picking, case handling, loading, and unloading trailers

+ Provide production with necessary materials and manage inventory accurately

+ Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to designated storage locations

+ Ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and participate in physical inventories

** What's Needed?*
* +  
** Certified forklift operator with valid certification*
* +  
** At least 2 years of prior forklift experience*
* +  
** Previous experience working within the manufacturing industry preferred*
* +  
** Spanish speaking skills are a plus;
English required*
* + General warehouse experience including shipping/receiving, picking, loading, and unloading

+ Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

+ Operate machinery in a controlled and precise manner

+ Attention to detail and high accuracy in work

+ Team-oriented attitude and positive mindset
