Bilingual Production Clerk

Our client, a food manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Clerk to join their team. As a Production Clerk, you will be part of the Operations & Production Department, supporting the Production, Sanitation, Shipping, and Receiving teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Production Clerk
Location: Shirley, NY
Pay Range: $19–$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday schedule, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM.
Duration: Temp-to-hire

• Review employee hours and prepare daily time and labor reports.
• Complete purchase orders and invoices through the Coupa system.
• Coordinate temporary labor headcount and communicate with staffing agencies.
• Prepare and file production and packaging documentation.
• Print labels and next-day employee schedules to support production operations.

• Fluency in Spanish required
• 1+ years of experience with data entry, payroll, or administrative support (Coupa experience a plus).
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
• Comfort working in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Competitive pay between $19–$21 per hour.
• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM.
