- Part-time or full-time options available
- Hourly and live-in nursing opportunities across Suffolk County
- Shift options: hourly shifts (days, evenings, weekends) and live-in assignments
- Competitive pay: $30–$35/hour (depending on experience and case complexity)
- Weekly pay (direct deposit or paper check)
- Dental/Medical benefits (after 1 year and 1,560 hours worked)
- 401(k) with company match (after 1 year and 1,000 hours)
- Up to 56 hours of sick time per year
- RN-led support available 24/7
- Flexible schedules and fast onboarding
- Active New York State LPN license
- Home care or facility-based experience preferred
- Up-to-date medical and vaccination records (or willingness to obtain)
- Professionalism, empathy, and a strong work ethic
- Medication administration and monitoring
- Wound care, injections, and other skilled nursing tasks
- Ongoing assessment and documentation of client condition
- Communication with RNs, physicians, and family members
- Providing compassionate, client-centered care
