Garda World Security Services is Now Hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to support operations in Shirley, New York. This role focuses on monitoring security systems and identifying potential threats in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

  4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Friday & 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM Saturday
• Competitive hourly wage of $17.90;

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents; write detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious or emergency situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Prior Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred
• State license if required
