Commercial Driver – Full Time

Join Auto Zone as a Commercial Driver on a full‑time basis. We do not require a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL); you will use company‑provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to customers and maintain our high standards of safety and service.

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely delivery of parts to commercial customers and loading/unloading per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products via Auto Zone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Full‑time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
