Lecturer in Accounting & Finance for the BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance programme. Deliver management‑related modules, develop course materials, assess students and stay current on field developments.

• Plan, deliver and assess student work to meet learning outcomes.
• Develop, update and improve course materials.
• Use varied teaching methods and materials.
• Engage in staff development, peer observations, meetings and administrative duties.
• Keep abreast of field developments and student support practices.
• Work toward objectives for attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and progression.

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
• Previous UK HE lecturing experience in a relevant area.
• Extensive knowledge of subject matter.
• Experience supervising student work, providing support and feedback.
• Accurate reporting and maintain organized records.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups.

• Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification; or commitment to enrol and complete within three years.
• Experience designing or developing academic programmes.
