1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – KS1 | Shoreham-by-Sea
Pay: £93 per day
Start: ASAP. Temp to Perm opportunity.

The Role- Provide consistent 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with additional needs.
- Build a strong, trusting relationship to support both learning and emotional wellbeing.
- Help deliver a structured, engaging, and supportive classroom experience.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement tailored strategies.
- Highly supportive and welcoming team where staff wellbeing is valued.
- Strong focus on inclusion, nurture, and SEN support.
- Approachable, experienced, and invested in staff development leadership team.
