Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 – £40,814 per year (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)

What You’ll Do

• Teach and assess learners across a range of Business programmes, including vocational and technical qualifications from Level 2 to T Levels, level 3 where appropriate

• Deliver engaging, industry-relevant lessons that develop commercial awareness, business knowledge, and employability skills

• Support learners to achieve qualifications and progress into employment, apprenticeships, or higher education

• Use practical and creative teaching approaches to bring business concepts to life and make learning relevant to real-world contexts

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing

• Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement and personal development

• Contribute to curriculum development and help create an inspiring and inclusive learning environment

What You’ll Bring

• A relevant qualification in Business, Management, Enterprise, Marketing, or a related subject (Level 3 or above)

• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively

• Experience working within a business environment and/or supporting learners in education or training

• A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success

• A Level 4 teaching qualification or above is welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work
