• A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Motor Vehicle, Automotive Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Current or recent industry experience within the automotive, motor sport or vehicle maintenance sector.
• A passion for developing people, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, together with a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching, learning and student outcomes.
