Lead Complex, High-Stakes Projects
As a Systems Engineer within our elite UK division, you will be the technical force behind complex bridge and surveillance systems for naval combatants. You won’t just be a cog in a machine; you will own the technical lifecycle of mission-critical projects.
Your core responsibilities will include:

* Design & Documentation:
Producing high-level technical documentation, including Interface Control Documents, SoWs, and V&V plans.

* Hands-on Systems Engineering:
Building, configuring, and testing PC-based networking systems and marine electronics (Radar, ECDIS, Steering Control).

* Technical Authority:
Acting as the subject matter expert for service engineers, providing guidance on commissioning, diagnostics, and overseas trials.

* Strategic Requirement Flow-down:
Interpreting CONOPS and architectural descriptions to produce winning technical proposals.

What You Bring to the Table:

* A Degree or HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

* Deep knowledge of marine electronics and network infrastructure (VLANs, VMs, encryption).

* The ability to obtain UK SC Security Clearance (Right to Work in the UK without sponsorship is required).
