Personal Assistant

This role is to support a Woman

Hours per week:

From December - 1 hour on Mon, Tues, Fri and 3 hours on Wed from 12 - 1pm

Hourly pay rate:

£14

I am a disabled woman and a pensioner. I have a lively and open minded outlook, not matched by my physical abilities and I'm interested in politics and disability activism in particular.

From December, I will need a PA for 1 hour a day on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, but 3 hours on Wednesday to help me either swim or have a shower s would need to be from 12 - 1 p.m., but I can be flexible about time on the other days.

Duties include:

• Other relevant duties as required
• Housekeeping
• Shopping
• Companionship
• Looking after pets
• Occasionally looking after the cat

• Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
• Reliable with good timekeeping
• Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
• Hygienic, tidy and well organised
• Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
• Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Honest and cheerful
• Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
• Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
• A sense of humour!
• Comfortable with cats
• Whilst a driving license isn't essential, it would be an advantage
