The roleWe're looking for an experienced IT Technical Support Analyst to join us on a fixed term basis through to October 2026. Based full-time at our Shoreham office, you'll be joining a strong team of support engineers who are at the heart of delivering technical excellence for our many customers across the UK.
Whether it's a tricky desktop issue or a more complex infrastructure problem, you'll bring sharp troubleshooting instincts and the know-how to see it through to resolution.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll handle a broad mix of 1st and 2nd line support requests — diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across desktop hardware and software, Microsoft 365 (Microsoft’s cloud‑based productivity suite), Intune (Microsoft’s device management platform), Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and a range of other modern workplace technologies. You’ll be methodical, user‑focused, and able to communicate clearly with people at all levels of technical confidence.
Whatwe’re looking for
You’ll need solid, hands‑on experience in a similar IT support role, with a strong track record of resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Specifically, we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience supporting desktop and end‑user technologies
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills — you can diagnose root causes, not just apply quick fixes
- The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- A calm, helpful approach and a genuine desire to deliver great service
