Nursing Home Manager

Circa £70,000 per annum plus bonus

We are recruiting an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage a large purpose‑built nursing home in Shoreham operated by a well‑respected care provider.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar position, preferably managing a 50 + bedded home
Previous experience of improving working practices in the home
Good leadership skills, high work ethic and positive approach
NVQ level 4 or 5
Registered Manager Award is beneficial but not essential
Experience with elderly care is a must
Qualified Nurse with an active PIN
