Location:Shoreham by sea
Salary:Up to £30k plus bonus and other benefits including career development

We're recruiting for an ambitious Account Manager to join a growing business where customer relationships are at the heart of everything they do. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a commercial mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll take ownership of an established customer base, ensuring clients receive an outstanding service while uncovering opportunities to increase sales and strengthen long-term partnerships.
What you'll be doing- Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts from enquiry through to order completion.
- Becoming the first point of contact for customers, delivering a responsive and professional service.
- Building strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Preparing tailored quotations and following opportunities through to completion.
- Proactively identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts and with prospective customers.
- Achieving sales objectives through account development and relationship management.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer information.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Representing the business at occasional customer visits, exhibitions and networking events.
- Previous experience within Account Management, Internal Sales, Customer Success or a similar client-focused role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
- A proactive approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
