This full-time Service Advisor role is an on-site position based in Shoreline, WA. The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for customers and will facilitate the service process. Daily tasks include greeting customers, discussing their vehicle service needs, preparing repair orders, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service experience. The role also involves maintaining clear and professional communication to provide updates on service progress and recommendations.

• Previous experience in the automotive industry or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using service-oriented computer systems and software is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in automotive service or related fields are beneficial.
