We are looking for individuals who have
previous automotive sales experience.

Sales Consultants are paid on a
full commission + bonus pay plan
with a guarantee of at least 1.5 times minimum wage for all hours worked. Experienced sales consultants can earn well over$150,000.

• Monday - Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday - Thursday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Friday - Saturday rotating shifts 9:30AM - 3:00PM OR 1:30PM - 7:00PM
• Sunday Rotating shift 10:00AM - 5:00PM OR 11AM - 6:00 PM

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

• Previous 2 years of Automotive Sales experience is required
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• WA State driver's license is required
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean & Clear WA state driving record is required
• Pre-employment background check, reference check & drug screen is required
