How You Complete the Organization:
To make the human body work, there are many parts that we depend on. To achieve the greatest performance is when we have all parts working optimally. But the reality is the human body is not always 100% healthy. When we are injured or ill in any of the body parts, the whole body has to adjust and operate a bit differently to continue to move forward.
Therefore, we must recognize sometimes we cannot always have everything 100% operational, so the focus is to continue to grow and get better. As an Educator, we see your role as the “Hands” of the organization. You touch and mold our students every day. You help pick them up and re-direct them as necessary.
