Prevail Physical Therapy in Shoreline, WA has a job opening for a Physical Therapist with energy and passion who is interested in learning and helping others. The Prevail philosophy is rooted in team development, service innovation, community involvement, and healthy business practices. We serve our local community as an outpatient orthopedic clinic, specializing in the health and performance of athletes and active people.

We are proponents of manual therapy but emphasize movement retraining, strength, and conditioning, with our 2,000+ square feet of open gym space with a wide variety of equipment, in addition to private treatment rooms. We utilize one Physical Therapy Assistant as appropriate, but do not use PT Aides for patient care. All visits are 45 minutes with a 1:1 PT-to-patient ratio.

Benefits:
  • Signing Bonus: $3,000
  • Medical/Dental Insurance: 75% of employee premium
  • Continuing Education Allowance: $1,000 per year in addition to unlimited Med Bridge subscription and BLS certification.
  • Holiday Pay: 8.0 hrs per Holiday (6 days per year)
  • PTO (Paid time off) minimum 2-4 weeks per year
  • UTO (Unpaid time off) minimum 1 week per year.

  • Reimbursement of 50% of APTA dues
  • Alternative Transportation Stipend of $100/month if commuting by means other than your own motor vehicle more than 50% of work days.
  • Paid collaborative learning:
    Monthly clinician in services, monthly 1:1 collaboration with other clinicians, up to 8 hours/month of 1:1 specialty training, special project/workshops. Continued collaborative learning and specialty training is part of our mission for clinicians.
  • We allow “flex time” to preserve your paid time off (PTO) while giving you extra days off. Your work schedule is developed as a collaborative effort with you and the clinician supervisor to accommodate your preferences and the team’s availability.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
  • Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Washington state.
  • Ability to demonstrate physical and mental competencies required for the role (including practical and/or written post-training competency tests).
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of the position.
