Caregiver | HCA / CNA – Pick Your Perfect 4 or 5hr Schedule!
Right At Home - Northwest Homecare & Staffing Services invites you to join our team caring for clients in Seattle, Eastside, and Pierce County, WA. Build a schedule that fits your lifestyle with 4–5 hour or 6 hour shifts available Monday–Sunday.
PayBase pay range: $20.69/hr – $26.17/hr mileage and travel reimbursement available. Additional benefits: 401(k) match, paid time off, continuing education credits, comprehensive insurance including medical, dental, vision.
Schedule4‑5 hour or 6‑hour shifts. Different days of the week (Monday–Sunday). Ideal for balancing work and life.
Qualifications- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) in Washington or an HCA/CNA student.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and access to a vehicle.
- Comfortable working 4–5 hour shifts; willing to drive clients to appointments, run errands, and explore the community.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and activities.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, light exercise.
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
- Support with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming) and light housekeeping.
