Work Schedule: 2nd Shift – 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM | Full-Time

Duration: 03 months

$20.00/hr - $32.00/hr

We are seeking a Lab Pre-Analytical Associate to join our Core Lab team in Tukwila, WA. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. The Pre‑Analytical Associate will support day‑to‑day lab operations, ensure accuracy in specimen handling, and maintain high standards of documentation and compliance.

• Receive, process, and confirm laboratory documents and specimens
• Track, prepare, and send shipments to appropriate departments
• Perform basic accessioning duties as required
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance protocols

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant experience preferred

• Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy

• Generalist laboratory experience preferred (Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation)
• Blood collection experience is a plus (pediatrics, geriatrics, adults)
• Familiarity with Lab Information Systems (Millennium, Cerner, Epic) a plus

• ASCP/AMT certification – not required
• Hepatitis B vaccination offered; declination accepted

• Work in a collaborative Core Lab environment supporting high‑impact diagnostic services
• Gain experience with specimen processing, accessioning, and shipment tracking
