The King’s Kids Club (KKC) Group Lead Teacher is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, fun and thriving, age‑appropriate environment. Work as a team with other KKC staff to provide direct instruction & supervision to students.

• Support the KKC Director in maintaining a quality program that upholds the standards, goals and overall mission of King’s Kids Club.
• Supervise students in small & large group settings.
• Implement daily program activities. May be asked to assist in planning activities.
• Assist the Director in maintaining a clean, well‑functioning, safe environment. Set up the area daily.
• Respond directly to the needs of students. Creatively solve problems and resolve concerns with students.
• Perform job tasks independently and in a timely manner without direct supervision.
• Intentional Develop positive relationships with students and their families.
• Know and comply with King’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain flexibility and change direction quickly in response to a variety of situations.
• Ensure that equipment is clean, safe, set up and stored properly.
• Work collaboratively with supervisor, coworkers, students and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
