Cash America Pawn in Washington State is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The role pays $20.29 to $21.25 per hour and offers an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process.
Our associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, potentially adding about $1.88 more per hour on top of the base pay. Reports to the Store Manager and supports both lending and retail activities.
