Job SummaryJoin our team as an experienced CDL‑A flatbed driver operating regional routes from Spokane, WA. You will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, and building materials across the western U.S., earning competitive pay and a $5 000 hiring bonus for a limited time.
Responsibilities- Operate a flatbed truck on regional routes, completing scheduled trips.
- Load, secure, and unload flatbed cargo including heavy and oversized items.
- Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations.
- Perform pre‑trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate with dispatch and maintain safe driving practices.
- Valid Class A CDL license.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- At least 4 months of relevant driving experience.
- Clean driving record; no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
- Background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result required.
- Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑ft high platform twice.
- Pre‑employment training may require 1‑Year truck driving experience (preferred but not required).
Hourly Pay: Flatbed Rate $0.68–$0.72 per mile.
Weekly Pay: $936.79–$1,721.34 per week.
Annual Pay: $48,713.24–$89,509.48 per year.
Hiring Bonus: $5,000 limited‑time bonus, paid quarterly $1,250 every 90 days.
Transition Package: $1,800 total; $1,000 for orientation first 2 weeks.
Health & Retirement: Health, dental, vision, HSAs, 401(k) with matching, life insurance.

Home TimeOff most weekends for a 34‑hour reset; home schedule subject to division.
