We are seeking a Lockbox Operations Processor to support routine operational and document-processing activities in a fast-paced, structured environment. This role involves handling and organizing documents, performing data entry, preparing work for processing, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
Lockbox operations commonly involve processing documents and transactions, sorting materials, and performing high-volume numeric data entry, so strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine lockbox and operational processing activities according to established procedures
- Capture, sort, organize, and distribute documents and other items
- Prepare materials for subsequent processing through equipment or operational systems
- Perform 10-key numerical data entry accurately and efficiently
- Review and organize documents while maintaining accuracy and completeness
- Operate basic processing equipment and machinery as required
- Follow established procedures and productivity standards
- Identify and elevate questions, discrepancies, or processing issues to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain organized work areas and support overall operational workflow
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
- Support additional operational needs based on business requirements
- 6+ months of operations support, data entry, clerical, processing, or related experience
- Lockbox experience is preferred
- Experience with 10-key numerical data entry
- Basic computer knowledge
Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to follow established procedures consistently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Ability to work additional hours as needed based on business needs
- Flexibility to work some bank holidays when required
- Ability to lift 10+ pounds
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive and routine clerical/operational tasks
