Action Behavior Centers – ABA Therapy for Autism
Pay
: $20.00/hr – $28.00/hr (based on experience and education)

What You’ll Be Doing- Apply one‑on‑one ABA therapy to help children with Autism reach their full potential: read the treatment plan, implement the plan, collect data, write insurance notes, and incorporate supervisor feedback.
- Support early‑childhood development (18 months to 8 years) through engaging, fun therapeutic activities.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize treatment, safety, and a positive working environment.
- Engage children with play, movement, and imitation, fostering a joyful atmosphere.
- Effectively communicate with peers, families, and supervisors to coordinate activities, celebrate successes, and advocate for children’s needs.
- Lift and move with children: up to 30 lbs, bend, squat, and quickly move around the floor to stay engaged.
- Maintain a tidy, stimulating play space conducive to therapy.
- Multitask and prioritize safety while handling multiple actions and conversations.
- Support teams across centers; travel to nearby locations when assigned.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
- Minimum age 18 years, high‑school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Complete RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification within 20 days of employment (40‑hour training, competency assessment, exam).
- Guaranteed full‑time hours.
- Bi‑annual promotions & raises with transparent feedback.
- Yearly tenure bonus for eligible Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
- Small caseloads for BCBAs, increased supervisor oversight.
- Fully paid RBT training and no‑cost supervision.

- High School/Associate: $20.00 – $24.00
- Bachelor’s: $20.00 – $25.50
- Master’s: $20.00 – $28.00
- Childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor, etc.).
- Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or as a paraprofessional.
- Camp counselors, volunteers, or Sunday‑school teachers.
- Degrees in teaching, special education, sociology, psychology, or related fields.
- Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Eagerness to join a caring, team‑oriented culture.
